Bare-metal and RTOS firmware in C/C++: state-machine architectures, driver development, bootloaders and protocol engineering — Modbus TCP/RTU, socket-based and custom protocols — with hardware bring-up on ARM Cortex-M class targets.

R&D engineering on battery systems — from mechanical battery pack design and battery control systems to safety-critical hardware and PCB design (ASIL-D / SIL 2), embedded and diagnostic software, and test & validation. Beyond product development, improved production by developing customised modular hardware solutions and modernised the company's digital operations, including automated software deployment.

A deliberately broad foundation: qualified first in ICT (MBO 4, Nova College, 2011 — 2013), then chose mechanical engineering at bachelor level (Werktuigbouwkunde, NLQF 6 / EQF 6) to extend that software base into the physical domain — the combination that lets e-mechanical cover software, electronics and mechanics as one discipline.
